Client: Top 5 Main Contractor
Salary: €30k + commensurate with experience

This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself with a Top Tier Contractor and work within a structured and supportive team environment.

Description: 
A Top 5 Main Contractor with extensive experience within the Irish market is recruiting an office based Assistant Estimator to join their team in South Dublin. 

Requirements:
For this role the contractor requires the candidate to have - 
  • A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry - Experience working in a Quantity Surveying role would be an advantage
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office, Buildsoft estimating software packages 
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational & IT skills 
  • Strong references
