We are currently working with a leading multinational engineering services provider with annual revenues of over €500m, headquartered in Ireland, the UK and with offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

They are looking for a Estimator (Building) for Dublin area to help develop cost estimates for mainly Data Centre and Industrial developments in both the UK & Europe.

The successful candidate will work as part of a professional team and will be involved in the production of competitive tenders / detailed estimates for pre-design or D&B projects.

Essential:

A Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying and/or Mechanical Engineering.

A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role working on commercial or Industrial Building projects.
