Estimator (Civils) - Galway

Acrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civils Estimator to join one of Irelands largest Civil Contractor to work in Galway. The successfule candidate will be working on Tenders for projects within the Water Sector.

Duties may include:

Preparation of civil engineering estimates.
Analysis of engineering drawings.
Material take-offs.
Preparation of sub-contractor and supplier enquiries and contract documents.
Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Liaison with sub-consultant and in-house engineering design teams.
Assessment of different options and solutions.
Attending pre and post tender meetings/presentations.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying.
Good knowledge of civil engineering contracts, relevant legislation and standards.
7 Years' Estimating experience working on utilities/ Infrastructure projects.

Salary and Package will depend on experience.
