Estimator - Fermanagh



Our client is a leading Civil Engineering company with a track record of delivering outstanding work throughout Ireland for over 25 years.

They continually invest in their team and technology to ensure that they remain the contractor of choice for complex and specialised civil engineering and construction projects.  

Due to continued growth, the company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Estimator to be based in the Head Office in Fermanagh.



Responsibilities will include:



Analysis of engineering drawings

Material take-offs

Preparation of sub-contractor and supplier enquiries and contract documents

Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

Liaison with sub-consultants and in-house engineering design teams

Assessment of different options and solutions

Attending pre and post tender meetings/presentations.



About You



A degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Good knowledge of civil engineering contracts, relevant legislation and standards

Minimum of three years construction management experience
