Junior Estimator required for top tier main contractor, based in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying/ Estimating background and will have prior experience producing tenders for construction projects.

 Projects include:

• Commercial
• Hotel
• Residential
• Fit-out

 Duties:

• Production of the estimate / tender / quote submission documentation together with post contract variation evaluation.
• Management of both client and direct staff relationships is an essential part of this role.
• Ideally, experience in construction estimating with a main contractor in Ireland and/or the UK.
• Proven ability to manage a team coupled with an excellent bid win ratio are key for the successful candidate
