| Public Procurement Administrator Midland Construction is a high quality general building contractor based in Kells, Co. Meath, which has been trading since 1979. Over the last 38 years we have established a strong nationwide reputation in the commercial, industrial, retail, educational, leisure, healthcare and residential construction sectors. We have worked on a variety of projects across all sectors of the industry and have developed a diverse range of skills and experience. The projects worked on have ranged in value from €100K – €20M. Our proven ability has led to repeat business and our continued survival in what has been a challenging decade for the construction sector is a testament to our ability and the quality of the extensive building services we provide. We are looking for a Public Procurement Administrator (Technical Writer/PreQuallification Administrator). This will involve the preparation of company specific technical submission documentation / presentation material and you will work closely with the estimating and business development functions. You will also be able to analyse pre-qualification bid requirements and shape submission proposals to maximise scoring and bid success. You will actively work to enhance the quality of our bid documentation and be responsible for preparing well written high quality pre-qualification submissions and for coordinating all necessary supporting bid documentation. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Ideally you will be a self-starter, capable of working on your own initiative and have strong creative skills.
