Senior Estimator

| Senior Estimator Our client, a long established Main Building Contractor, is seeking to recruit a Senior Estimator for their office based in North Dublin. To be considered for the role you must: Have more than 10 year’s relevant experience in Senior Estimator Role. Have thorough knowledge of building regulations and guidelines. Have a proven ability to manage all Aspects of Tendering Processes. Proven track record of Managing projects from Start to Finish. Have a track record of successfully dealing with Sub-contractors and suppliers. Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). Have excellent communications skills. Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-aspects of a project. Ideally you will: Hold a Degree (level 8) in Construction Related Discipline. Have experience working as a Resident Engineer / Clients Representative. Have relevant experience in Buildings or large Commercial projects. Have construction supervision / project management of Junior Staff experience. Experience in liaising with Senior Management. Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Manage multi-faceted projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
