| Construction Foreman– Contractor Our client is a top 5 main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They seeking to engage a number of foremen for mainly commercial projects ion the Dublin region. You will come from a trade or technician background with a professional progressive nature and a willingness to learn new systems and techniques. These positions might suit a foreman currently working with a medium sized company who wants a career with a larger main contractor on larger projects. You will report directly to a Projects Manager and be responsible with the rest of the construction team in the safe, timely execution of the works in accordance with the budgetary, programme and quality requirements. Responsibilities Set up Site/ Section, supervise, coordinate and monitor sub-contractors performance Maintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors / omissions are formally communicated to Project Manager. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures. Maintaining a tidy, safe and efficient site at all times Liaising with the client in a professional manner when required.
