Our client, a market leading building main contractor, is looking to add an experienced Section Foreman for projects in the Dublin region. The company specialises in commercial and residential developments, and are looking for a section foreman who has a trade background. Applicants must have previous main contracting experience. This is a permanent position, and the initial project is located in Dublin 8.

Role:

• Manage Subcontractors & Labour
• Maintain Programmes
• Manage Service Providers
• Take control of Snag List
• Ensure Completion Dates are met
• Attend daily briefings
• Maintain Health & Safety records
• (All these duties are relevant to the foremans own section)

Requirements:

• Trade background essential
• 8+ years experience in a foreman or site manager capacity
• Good IT skills
• Strong leadership skills
