Our client, an industry leading construction main contractor, are seeking to add an experienced Finishing Foreman to their team in County Dublin. The initial project is a hotel development at Dublin Airport. The company are involved in residential, commercial and retail developments throughout Ireland and the successful candidate must have strong fitout management experience.

Duties & Requirements:

• 7+ years fit out management experience on a variety of commercial and residential projects
• Trade qualified carpenter or similar
• Experienced in the management of sub-contractors and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
• Computer literate in relevant tools, including MS Office, project programming and analysis tools.
• Experience on commercial/residential fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Able to form strong and productive relationships across at peer group level
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience in Word, Power Point and Excel skills
• Present reports defining projects progress, problems and solutions
• Directly contribute to the overall annual fee target of the fit out team.
