Description: 
The role of Finishing Foreman is with a medium sized Irish Building Contractor with Projects throughout Ireland.  They operate in the Public and Private sectors and have an excellent reputation for quality and reliability. 

Following this continued success they are now looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team on an office refurbishment project in Dublin 8.  

Requirements:
  • trade qualified
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Foreman working on Building projects with a Main Contractor 
  • Experience working on fit out of a Projects
  • Possess thorough knowledge of building practices 
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines 
  • Have excellent client facing skills
