Finishing Foreman - Residential

We are currently recruiting for a an experienced Finishing Foreman for large scale projects throughout Dublin and the surrounding counties.

This role will be with one of Ireland's leading residential developers as they look to expand their business throughout several high end apartment and housing schemes.  

As a Finishing Foreman you will be;

• Responsible for the day to day managing of the residential site
• Oversee the site set up and layout, staff accommodation, welfare facilities, storage access and monitoring on a day to day basis
• Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards
• Implement Health & Safety procedures
• Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
• Ensure subcontractors are managed in an effective manner

As a Finishing Foreman you will have;

• 3-5 years relevant experience with proven track record 
• Experience on residential projects would be essential
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
