| Finishing Foreman Dublin City Center Our client a top five contractor has a requirement for an experienced finishing foreman for a student accommodation block in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will come from a trade background and have experience of working on large scale projects such as apartment block or hotel projects. You will have a proven track record with a large contractor or developer as a finishing foreman. You will be capable of coordination a number of trade at one time to close out units. The project will is just starting finishing phase at the start of the year so you will come in from the beginning. The company have lots of contracts on going so this is a full time permanent role.
