ICDS have a vacancy for a Finishing Foreman for one of Ireland's leading developers, who have a number of large residential projects under construction at present across Dublin.

You will be trade qualified, and will have proven experience of working with a large main contractor, and/or developer overseeing high end finishes on residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Subcontractors
• Maintain Programme
• Manage Service Providers
• Take control of projects from 1^st Fix, through 2nd & 3rd fix to snagging stage and completion
• Take control of Snag List
• Ensure Completion Dates are met
• Liaise with Sales and Legal Team
