Finishing Foreman | Dublin | Permanent

Our Client is an Irish Building and Civil engineering contractor with projects ranging from €1 million to €35 million they are one of the leading companies in its field. They have a requirement for a Finishing Foreman with fit out experience to join their experienced team.

As a Finishing Foreman you will:

• Responsible for the day to day managing of the site
• Oversee the site set up, staff accommodation, welfare facilities, storage access and egress and monitoring on a day to day basis
• Maintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards
• Implement Health & Safety procedures
• Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget
• Ensure subcontractors are managed in an effective manner

As a Finishing Foreman you will have:

• Degree qualified
• 5 + years working as a Finishing Foreman on Fit out projects.
• Strong attention to detail 
• Carpentry background
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
