Finishing Foreman Tier 1 Contractor

| KCM Recruitment Ltd have been exclusively retained by a leading top 10 main contractor to deliver an entire project team for an extensive commercial build with a build value in the €50 - €100 million range. The positions are immediate OUR CLIENT: Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects nationwide. They specialises in all aspects of build construction including commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, industrial and fit out projects THE ROLE: Finishing Foreman reporting to General Foreman DUTIES: Attending site daily briefings Overseeing site operations on all finishing trades Supervising Finishing subcontractors and direct labour Maintaining health and safety records Managing plant and labour returns Ordering and following up on site material deliveries Quality Inspections and compiling snag reports Dealing with Vendor and Clients on handovers REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 10 years in Construction and at least 3 as Finishing Foreman Trade Qualified Strong attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good Computer Skills and ability to use reporting systems ON OFFER Market Salary Transport Pension Personal Health Insurance Phone HOW TO APPLY: Please forward your CV in confidence through this website or directly to gerry@kcmrecruitment.ie contact Gerry on 087 2790360 ABOUT KCM: Established in 2004, KCM is owned and managed by construction professionals who recruit solely in the construction and engineering sector both in Ireland and internationally.
