 Foreman - Dublin

Our client, a privately owned company has a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including commercial, educational and residential projects. The company is currently seeking a experienced  Foreman to work with their construction team in Dublin

Primary Responsibilities as a Foreman

• Overseeing site operations/managing workload alongside crew
• Supervising sub contractors and other labour workers
• Attending site meetings, updating any reports
• Offering guidance to team and assisting with the workload
• Maintaining health and safety records
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries

As a Working Foreman you will have

• 5 years+ relevant experience with proven track record
• Trades background / carpenter/joiner
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
