Working Foreman - Dublin (with travel down country at times)

Our client, a privately owned company has a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including commercial and residential projects. 

The company is currently seeking a experienced Working Foreman to work with their construction team in Dublin, and the outskirts.

Primary Responsibilities as a Working Foreman

• Overseeing site operations/managing workload alongside crew
• Supervising sub contractors and other labour workers
• Offering guidance to team and assisting with the workload
• Maintaining health and safety records
• Ordering and following up on site material deliveries

As a Working Foreman you will have

• 5 years+ relevant experience with proven track record
• Trades background / carpenter/joiner
• Strong attention to detail 
• Must be able to drive 3.5 tonne vehcle with trailer
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
