We are assisting our client, a growing international main contractor, in their recruitment of a Junior QS to be based in North Dublin. The main contractor in question is a well established organisation and the ideal candidate for this position will be looking for a long-term role with genuine career advancement opportunities.The initial role is a large social housing development. The role is permanent, and the successful applicant will experience working on projects which can range in value from €10m – €165m.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site valuations and progress reports
• Monthly cost/value reports and management accounts
• Liaising with project managers in the project team
• Handling contract variations
• Invoicing/Contract Admin
• Any ad hoc duties as outlined by senior staff / senior quantity surveyor

Requirements:

• A relevant Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree
• 6 – 12 months experience minimum in a similar role
