Safety Advisor - Cork

A Safety Advisor is sought for an international construction services company with extensive experience. Nearly 100 years of construction experience combined with a reputation for excellence have resulted in this company being previously awarded with International Project of the Year and an internationally recognised environmental accreditation. This company continues to grow and is in the top 10 construction companies in Ireland. Job Description The selected individual will be required to: Ensure contractor and company employees' safety documentation is in order Compile and carry out toolbox talks where necessary Manage accident and incident investigations and compile relevant reports Compile monthly environmental reports Conduct site visits Develop emergency plans and procedures Accompany client environmental auditors around site and action environmental issues which may arise Desired Skills and Experience 3-5 years previous experience working in a construction environment Diploma/Degree in Health and Safety Enthusiastic attitude Good track record with previous employer This role has an immediate start and offers an attractive package inclusive of company benefits and bonuses.
