A New Homes Agent is being recruited to join an award-winning company that are renowned for their high quality residential offerings. They provide superior construction solutions to meet a variety of needs and utilise innovative practices to ensure sustainable design, build and finish. This company are active on several projects throughout Dublin and the Greater Dublin area.

Our client is expanding their sales and marketing team in Co. Kildare.

Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities from the commencement of a development site, organising and implementing and overseeing the required marketing collateral, through to the initial launch of the new homes developments.

What you need to be successful:
  • A property third level qualification. 
  • 2 years+ property experience with a Developer or Estate agency practise.
  • A knowledge of the property market, particularly the new homes market. 
  • An established track record for coordinating, implementing and delivering successful marketing strategies and launches of new homes schemes across many residential projects. 
  • Experienced in refining and advising on alterations to architectural layouts for new homes to optimise the functionality of the living space and establish in-house design guidelines. 
  • Obtain tenders and negotiate fees, develop and manage operational budgets. 
  • Engage external design team members at appropriate stages in the development process. 
  • Work as part of team in establishing the optimum planning on acquired sites. 
  • Excellent organisational, verbal and writing skills. 
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and a team player. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
